Our strategic planning services are structured around your needs and goals.
Particularly in times of uncertainty, you may want to take a step back from your day-to-day activities and assess your firm’s strategy. For example, you may want to determine if your firm is engaging in activities that are on track to positioning it as a top practice; you may want to be top in your key geographic markets or areas of service; you may want to evaluate whether you have the right talent; or you may want to assess the organization of your marketing or design teams. If they’re not in sync, we’ll work with you to make sure they are modified to fit.
We develop and lead workshops that are based on decades of experience in the AEC industry, but they are unique to the needs and goals of your firm. We moderate annual retreats to evaluate your performance in comparison to established goals, as well as organize workshops to explore topical issues, such as leadership succession/transition, marketing outreach campaigns for a specific service or project, or internal reorganizations.
We also conduct visioning workshops structured around your needs. These include evaluations of your recent activities in relation to your short-term and long-term business goals, how the firm’s resources have been utilized to pursue certain types of business, and if or why those efforts have fallen short of expectations or how they have excelled. We make recommendations regarding priorities or any course corrections with regard to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, when such modifications are needed.
