At Hausman, Chelsea leads content workflows, streamlines delivery timelines and strengthens client engagement. She also authors View from the Top, the firm’s blog highlighting leadership insights and industry trends, where she brings a human-centered perspective to the AEC sector.

Prior to joining Hausman, Chelsea consulted for mission-driven organizations and firms across industries, where she implemented systems that improved communications flow, elevated brand voices, and enhanced client experience. Known for her empathetic, solutions-driven approach, Chelsea thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas, where she received the William Allen White School of Journalism scholarship. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Prescott College with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling, which deepens her ability to build on the relationships that make client communications both highly targeted and highly effective.
