Tami Hausman, PhD

Founder and President

Founder and president Tami Hausman created Hausman LLC as a way to help architecture and design professionals broadcast their influence inside and outside the AEC industry. Tami takes a hands-on approach that begins by helping each client to strategize the best way forward. After that, she oversees a focused marketing and public relations outreach program that broadens and expands her client’s visibility in the marketplace.

For over 20 years, Tami Hausman has been an expert advisor to top firms who seek out her experience and insights. Her roster of clients includes international architects, engineers, construction firms, law firms, expeditors, furniture distributors, insurance companies, artists, and non-profit organizations. Using her wide network of contacts in the field, Tami positions her clients’ knowledge and expertise to best advantage and opens doors to targeted audiences that strengthen their position in the marketplace.

In addition to her experience in marketing and public relations, Tami is an architectural historian who frequently writes and lectures about trends and topics in architecture and urban planning.

Throughout her career, Tami has been active in a number of professional organizations including: Docomomo (board member), the Institute for Urban Design (board member), theBeverly Willis Architecture Foundation (advisory board member), the American Institute of Architects (former head of the public relations subcommittee of the Marketing and Public Relations Committee), the Society for Marketing Professionals New York Chapter, and theDesign Trust for Public Space.

Tami has a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University in Semiotics-French and a Master of Arts and Ph.D. in Art History from New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts. A Pittsburgh native, she was born to live in New York City, but also enjoys traveling to experience the world’s great cities and beaches.


Haley McEwan

Director of Administration

A seasoned professional business administrator, Haley brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and human resources management to Hausman LLC. She is a skilled corporate trainer who specializes in business ethics and corporate compliance.

Previously, Haley has worked for Parsons School of Design and Rutgers University. She has also worked as a consultant specializing in organizational behavior, change management, risk assessment, risk management, and creating and evaluating compliance programs for a variety of non-profit and private sector clients. She has also conducted several compliance investigations as well as acted as liaison to the New Jersey State Ethics Commission.

Haley has a Bachelor in Writing from The New School and an Executive Masters of Business from Rutgers Newark. She also has a professional certification in Corporate Compliance and Ethics from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and a certification in Healthcare and Research Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. Haley has called New York home for more than 15 years.


Aislinn Weidele

Director of Creative Services

Aislinn was given her architectural “education” by spending over 15 years working in the offices of Steven Holl and Ennead Architects as a graphic designer, photographer and exhibition designer. Through Gotham Projects, her AEC communications studio, she has worked with clients such as Marvel Architects, YR&G, M+S Architects, Steven Holl Architects, Bade Stageberg Cox, Solomonoff Architecture Studio, The Historic Districts Council and Morris Adjmi Architects.

Aislinn has an MFA from Queens College and continues to make art that explores both built environments and unbuilt landscapes.
