Team Hausman in Attendance at Biotrial Opening Ceremony

On September 30, the Hausman team was in the audience as our client, Francis Cauffman, celebrated the opening of its latest project, the 70,000-square-foot North American headquarters of Biotrial, a contract research company based in France. Architect James Crispino, president of Francis Cauffman, addressed the crowd gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, saying, “We are delighted to have created Biotrial’s building. By investing ourselves in a deep understanding of their work, we designed a building that advances the mission of Biotrial and of its clients, and reflects the company’s values. This headquarters embodies the high quality of Biotrial’s professional service, and the enduring relationships that they build with their clients.” The new building is located in the University Heights Science & Technology Park in Newark, New Jersey, a development devoted to technology-based businesses and incubator companies.
